You really should seek mental healthcare.
Can't sue the manufacturer either. They are completely immune to any and all litigation. Can't sue the pharmacy, because it's mislabeled product from the manufacturer, and you can't sue the manufacturer, because they have blanket immunity by law. Like I said, you can't sue any of them. And that's the beauty of the scam, like I said. -

...cite your source that says you can't sue a manufacturer...you already admitted pharmacy can be sued in your previous citation if they are at fault.
take your meds...and sue if they are placebos...
You're constant denial when faced with facts just makes you look even more crazy than you are. -
2021-12-09 at 4:44 PM UTCBTW...look up Purdue and "Opiate epidemic" if you think a drug manufacturer can't be sued lolololol

And yes you can sue the manufacturer for mislabeling, misrepresenting, substituting something for something else

You can sue for mistakes dummy...especially ones that could kill you or directly affect your health.
"Medical Malpractice"..it's a thing
Again...look up Purdue...they were successfully sued and they delivered what they said they were delivering!

Fucking lol.
"Purdue Pharma has pleaded guilty twice to criminal wrongdoing in its marketing of OxyContin, first in 2007 and again last year. "
"Under California law, a manufacturer, and those in the marketing chain, of a product are strictly liable and legally accountable for defective products. A plaintiff does not have to prove negligence to prevail in a defective product case. ... It is in the public interest to discourage the marketing of defective products"...same for most if not all states.
