All they have to do is provide even the slightest notion that you are unqualified to provide IQ tests to people and they can get the arrest warrant. They inevitably label it as wire fraud. I've read through hundreds of cases where the person was prosecuted for schemes which weren't even illegal. The only thing that really matters to them is that you are pulling dollars away from the thieves in the crooked system, not that you've broken any laws. Plus, you would have a whole pack of whackjobs suing you when they get either too good or too poor results.

The effect is damageing the mind the differance is the amount of damage done from one substance and the other amphetamines do a minor damage and the effect is way shorter than meth while meth causes alot of damage and last alot longer. Meth is considered a 7 year addiction because thats how long it takes to ware your brain out from it and kill yourself.
