Exercise too as long as you get some it doesn’t matter what it is but I’ll be honest I don’t get enough

I love banans, mainly because they're so easy to eat.
I started eating a lot healthier in my late 20's. Fast food is a hard no. Few months ago due to circumstances out of my control I had to eat at Mcdonalds on my lunch break. I ordered the Fish Sandwitch, LITE Mayo, apple slices in place of fries, and a diet soda.
What do you do when you work out? I don't work out but I know that I should probably stop being such a lazy pos and join a gym. I think because I'm not overweight I'm not motivated. I think if I join a gym, I'll need a personal trainer because I have no idea where to even start. I'm not overweight (118 lbs) but not 18 anymore either, you know what I mean? -

Do you eat whole pears, like the ones that still have a stem and skin? I feel like they're too grainy. I love canned pears in lite syrup. Also, I never see people eating pears. It's a very under utilized fruit in this country. -

Do you keep your bananas separate from other fruit?
Dude I live across the road from a McDonald’s and used to almost live on the stuff but I can’t even remember the last time I had one now
As for workouts I wouldn’t even call it that actually it’s just walking the dog etc and push ups, sit ups and barbell reps stuff you can do at home so I don’t go to a gym either but I used to have a rower -

Bananas aren't really healthy, full of carbs etc. My doc actually told me to stop eating bananas because it was elevating my potassium to above recommended levels...I ignored him of course and continue to consume those phallic shaped delights. -
