After creating a lie with not so clever manipulation of the actual text he then proceeds to prove, based on his lie, that the people do not have a right to keep and bear arms.
What he can't explain is this. If, as he argues, the wnd amendment was designed to make sure government controlled militias could keep and bear arms why is "shall not be infringed" included?
Is he arguing that the founders were worried that the people would pass laws taking guns from the government?
If a person can't see through this bullshit they deserve what ever form a slavery their masters see fit to bestow upon them.

why cant you have RPGs and anti aircraft guns ? shouldnt you also be free to keep and bear rocket launching pods on your tacoma as well ? -

If you weren't so ignorant you would know that with the right license you can even own a tank. Machine guns can be owned by anyone who can own any other weapon. It's just a matter of some extra paperwork and about $300-$500 in "taxes". There are very few limits on what you can own if you have a clean record, live in the right state, and aren't a broke dick with no car. -

and citizen militias shouldnt be made to pay for their heavy armaments and armors since all those things are already being "paid" for with "tax payers' dollars". if the US government have no problem giving billion worths of arms of all sizes and weights to the good and proud people of afghanistan to defend their freedom and democracy and womens rights, then the US government is MORALLY OBLIGATED to give surplus tanks and gunships and 155mm artilleries and M-RAPEs and reaper drones-hellfire sets to ALL citizen militia in ALL 50 states for FREE in the name and the spirits of defending freedom and democracy.

Which goes to show how ignorant those who pass laws are when it comes to all things 2a. Just about every common round out there has both a handgun and long gun platform available for it.
You kids need to stop relying on the man in the box and start looking at the actual laws. -
