Shut up, you can't afford a joystick.

While it may be theoretically possible to have a 100% perfect emulator, that feat is very rare (if not nearly impossible), even for some highly regarded emulators such as higan or kevtris's work on the various FPGA-based consoles by Analogue. Just because an emulator claims to be "cycle accurate" or "100% compatible" does not mean that said emulator is flawless. This even includes situations in which all emulator accuracy tests (ie. PS1 Tests) are passed, as these tests cannot cover every single edge case, and some of these tests may even fail on real hardware, leading to even more confusion. Some things are nearly impossible to perfectly emulate, such as some of the illegal opcodes of the 6502, where the results are completely unpredictable on hardware, and different hardware revisions have different results and different illegal opcodes. The closest one could get to writing a perfect emulator would be if someone were to exactly copy an original ASIC map or a decap onto an FPGA, and even then, that isn't always a magic bullet.

Yeah, keep grasping at straws, retard. You clearly knew what I was referring too since you mentioned it in your own post.

Emulation runs on hardware. If you have shitty hardware it will emulate shittily. Make sense, retard?

Not original hardware dumbo...NO emulator runs 100% on ANY hardware. A game running at 100% doesn't mean the hardware has been emulated 100%...fucking noobs...I tell ya.

Even FPGA often has timing issues.

  16. is that why black people have problems emulating white people and their culture ?

And now you start moving the goalpost to fit your narrative. I think it's clear who's in the wrong here.

Lol, no goalposts moved...I said some people like to use original hardware, you either get that or you don't...and Emulation is never 100%...

    Absolutely no change.

You can tell a guy driving a classic car a new one is better, more efficient and powerful etc...he still prefers the original "hardware"...

You still have yet to give specific examples. It went from some shit about it not being accurate, which it is, to needing "thousands of peripherals", which you don't, to emulation having nothing to do with the hardware you run it on, which it does, to a fucking less-than-wiki-article that basically says even if it's 100% accurate it's not because "I say so".

    Face it, you lost.
