2021-10-06 at 6:17 PM UTCI bought GiGi a Track light. Was angry it was missing wires. I never seen on were the slide clips connect to an internal copper strip the the track lights slide into with connectors. . How simple but effective way to replace wires.
Though this thing was flimsy a bit, it would of took much less time had I knew how this works.
Use to old shit change out. I still had to hook up the canopy wire kit but Gigi was so happy I changed out that shitty florescent tube light. Great lighting. I got natural sun LED bulbs however they're spotlight style.. the defuser plastic cover plates on the light box (built into this condos ceiling) work good but when you look up at it, it shines hot in one area of the square sheet covers so it's not even but whatever. The LED bulbs are much cooler than standard. -
2021-10-06 at 6:27 PM UTCLast week I replaced out the toilet. Second replacement. I left the first toilet in the other bathroom but replaced the wax gasket O-Ring for a new rubber funnel.
I used the same rubber funnel on this one too. Before we met she had a massive flood and they replaced the floor but it's warped a bit she thought. Turned out the toilet wasn't level. The new toilet doesn't rock back and forth now. I double nutted up on the bolts (nohomo)
I been fixing shit left and right. I wanna tear out this carpet and replaced with insulated faux wood (nohomo) floors and put runners. But I don't have the money to invest. Gigi is cash poor so I purchase this stuff. So Wellhung, think before you speak. I plan on buying land eventually. You can't get a mortgage on no house. It's a different kind of loan. Larger interest fees.
Maybe I'll get lucky and find a house auction but they get competitive so unless no one shows up I'm never willing to price war on another Niq'qa ass trick. -

Know that interest rates on land will be higher than homes going into it. -

Now Jiggly is telling us that he bought $10 cash back from Aldi's in the "What's the last thing you bought" thread.
I think I am due an apology...AGAIN!
You can't buy cash back at Aldi's or I would have seen it! -

I want to buy land outright. put a septic and dig a well. Build a foundation and Put a minimalist like a boxabl on it cool looking houses. Then add on a few more boxabl stacks. I'm not gonna stack them on each other like a "Ice house" style. I plan on having at least a few acres. Of course stacking a second floor might create a better view of the desert mountain range if I move there. A half acre in the forest would be pretty sweet. Do it before they place restrictions on new well water. I bet it's expensive to truck in water and then have to treat it for parasitic shit -

Its allowed I think in a 0.20 but I think its like 500 gallon probably so has to be emptied a lot. but again, its just me and gigi or a house big enough for 2 people semi comfortably. maybe 1200 sq ft max if I buy 3 400sf Boxabl foldouts and assemble them like legos. I think they require a liner as well. -

2021-10-07 at 8:11 PM UTCI rarely buy bread any more, I just buy flour and yeast and keep it at home for when I want bread. Every time I get bread it ends up going mouldy before I can finish it and I hate that. So if I want bread, I just make it.
