By now Google probably returns nothing but "IS MINCED MEAT RACIST?" results.

korean beef get soy sauce, seasame oil, ginger, garlic, hot chili flakes and rice

    1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
    2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes, or more to taste
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 pound ground beef
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds]]

In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes and ginger.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; drain excess fat.
Stir in soy sauce mixture and green onions until well combined, allowing to simmer until heated through, about 2 minutes.
Serve immediately, garnished with green onion and sesame seeds, if desired.

serve it with rice it's really good mane or make a chili

Make hamburger patties of the desired size (usually 4 to 8 per lb.) and wrap them individually in plastic wrap and store in freezer. Take out as needed and throw in skillet without necessity to pre-defrost as they will defrost in the skillet. You can also freeze your buns. I have a screen grease splash guard that I place over the skillet to keep the grease splatter down that I place the buns on to defrost that also gives them a slight toasting. Good "last minute without having to think meal".

Any kind of roast can be prepared with a pot of water and vegetables. Defrost the roast by taking it out of the freezer the day before.
Slowly lower the roast into a large pot with heated-to-shimmering oil and rotate it until all sides have gotten browned. Slowly cover with water and fill with desired veggies (potatoes, carrots, onions). Cook until meat easily shreds or reaches internal temperature of 160 degrees if you have a $10 digital thermometer. If you don't have one, they are well worth the investment.

    That won't be a problem.

Actually, the trick of defrosting and grilling the buns on top of the grease splatter screen works very well and infuse them with moisture as well as toasting them. Try it...you'll like it and will have saved yourself from throwing your buns away if you didn't use them all in time.

Ground beef is good mixed with white rice and those bags of frozen mixed veggies.

Also good with rice and cabbage.

Also good with rice and chopped fresh celery and onions.
