If the student fails, blame the teacher not the student.

    blame ?

    its more like attributing responsibility.

    Yes that's what blame is.

verb (used with object), blamed, blam·ing.
to hold responsible; find fault with; censure: I don't blame you for leaving him.
to place the responsibility for (a fault, error, etc.) (usually followed by on): I blame the accident on her.

There is a saying "The buck stops here"....generally it's used by the head guy to shoulder and accept it was his responsibility to take care of.

Blaming the previous administration for HIS policy decision and HIS implementation of that policy is cowardly and detrimental to the reputation of the country...what little of that was left.

He's just told the world you can't rely on us or our word.

I think it's more about they didn't even try than anything. Someone should have known that instead of predicting it's fall in 6 months to a year.

It's a reflection of the US's incompetence yet again and the cavalier attitude to tax payers money and military/civilian lives lost.

Many of the inbound refugees to Europe and I guess eventually the US will contain terrorists among the numbers no doubt.

They'll all have Covid, too. No quarantine, no testing, no tracking, no nothing. But the sacks of shit in charge will be only too happy to put you on house arrest, spy on your every move, demand your papers, inject you with toxic substances, cancel your holidays and destroy your business.

blame have negative connotation, its the attribution of presummed responsibility.

you can blame someone for something before their wrongdoings have been proven.

its the lack of the will to fight that surprised most.

its the same thing with the people who truly believe the utility of their sacred 2A in the US.

most of these 2A nuts actually think by having guns they couldnt be invaded by the scary russians or their own government because theres an armed man behind every blade of grass.

Um no. If 3 people are guilty of a crime and one of them is my brother...I'm going to be focused on my brother...it doesn't mean the other 2 are not guilty.

Not relevant to the point. If you have 99 innocents in a tiny room and 1 terrorist with a suicide vest on...everyone pays the price.
