People dying every other month,playing pallbearer & father figure has stifled my fitness game a bit. Finna go on vacation & feeling puffy, so that means a herculean week of straight beasting is in order. Started tonight OHP @ 175# : 10x1,5x3 = 25 OHP @ 180# : 5x3 = 15 Incline Bench @ 175# : 10x2,5x10 = 70 Standing Hammers w/ Tricep bar @ 70# : 10x1,5x8 = 40 Preacher @ 80# : 5x10 = 50 Cardio pending
