depression for months
up to 295
down 70lbs without cardio, taking in 1.5g of protein per lb of body weight with heavy lifting.
Started a 6 week cut with heavy cardio work this morning, will update.

I'm currently on day 13 of a 60 day cycle of rad140. My goal is to bench my own bodyweight for 5 and for 1 at 220 (100kg) by the end if it.
