99% of the felons i rent to have drug related felonies and are on probation so if they fuck up they go back to the clink. This way i dont have to deal with getting a pos squatter out so its a win win. the property was declared urban blight as part of a new program in his city. he made a deal with the mayors office where they will rename the street after him if he brings the property in compliance ( it will be sold by his family and he will receive little to nothing from the sale ). i wonder what hes gonna name the street
I've had no luck and am currently just focusing on paying off some debt and saving more money so I can start looking again. I think I will take a couple of weeks before I continue my search. This has been taking up a lot of my time and is not providing any results. Maybe I need to rethink how I am going about this.
It looks like Michelle found a really nice apartment. I'm not talking about the one she went to look at this morning. That one looks like crap. The one I am talking about she is already approved for and is going to go see it Monday or maybe even rent it sooner if need be. Her apartment looks about the same size as our current one with everything except the dishwasher.

I talked with my current landlady about resigning the lease with just my name on it and it looks like I am defiantly able to provide proof that I am capable of that. So I went ahead and sent her an e-mail with the paystubs that she requested.
Now Im just hoping Michelle likes airplanes because that shit is right at the end of the damn run way to the airport. LOL.
