2021-07-19 at 9:12 AM UTCGoing to jump rope too and work on my combination heavy bag double end bag. I’m really good at making homemade workout equipment. And maybe some of those rollouts with that wheel thing but I can only do like 2. On my feet, not like a girl.

2021-07-19 at 4:12 PM UTCI want to finish off a bottle of vodka I have. Somebody talk me out of it 😟
From what I understand it doesn’t stop ketosis but it doesn’t help and I’m trying to be healthy. -
2021-07-20 at 10:32 AM UTCI did have a fruit smoothie last night because I was craving carbs. And no vodka. Today nothing but eggs and black coffee.
Since nobody asked, my heavy/double end bag invention is a small tree that I cut to be about my height and tied some old shirts to for a head and wrapped padding around with bungee cord for a body. It’s perfect. I think it’s best if it’s like 8 or 9 inches around. I can even choke it like one of those Bob things -
2021-07-20 at 1:01 PM UTCI had a 4 day old boiled egg for breakfast.

2021-07-20 at 1:43 PM UTCI scrambled mine in olive oil but boiled eggs are great. I have recipes for shakes with raw eggs both carb free for cutting and for weight gain. Both have a lot of shit you’re better off without though.

I don't have any real weights except the 25 pound set of Olympics I grabbed from my bro
The gym in the building is still covidCLOSED
There are tons of free weights and a new Multylevel treadmill mines can't do. Like 15% inclines. I should join a 10 a month gym -

70 and the smaller ones are 45. And my 100/120 ones are collecting dust in the corner. I use those for benchpressing though. If you ask me dumbells are the fastest way to gain strength bench pressing. When I could do 405 I would only do one set on a bar in the gym. I don’t do curls that much but when I do I use the 45s and I do chin-ups. I have had really bad injuries that fucked me up permanently though. My goal right now is to lose fat and start sparring. I’m 180 with my shoes off. But if you can do 20 reps with 70lb dumbbells you should be able to bench about 315 on a bar. -
2021-07-21 at 9:04 PM UTCI was benching 315 around my 20s but I couldn't do it now. Maybe my weight at best which is 240. I am truly out of shape.
I prefer the machine over free weights because I like to try and workout alone, at least for now. -
2021-07-21 at 9:06 PM UTCSorry 20s was meant to be in my 40s. I'm mid 50s now

2021-07-21 at 9:31 PM UTCOnly reason i asked that question is cause a lot of people are injury prone as it is, and it sounds like you (Cowboy) are.
I normally would suggest people go easy on a heavy bag, especially if they have no training.
Must have offended him somehow since the question was ignored.
Edit; Cowboy seems like a fed anyway. The thing about 9 grams shrooms and not tripping hard, then asking for meth cooking advice on one of the worst places to ask.
Anyway, its a lot easier to keep track of what and how much exercise ive done with a notebook. It also allows me to go back to different dates and see what wasnt working vs what was -

Yeah I for sure can't do 70s. 50 on each one has my arms wobbling. My rotator cuffs are fuuuuuucked.
