The reason to remind you is so you wont say, ahh its a special party tonight, ive been sober for x years. You drink heavily and the urges become uncontrollable all over again. But anonymous users dont rat each other out -
2021-06-04 at 8:55 PM UTCIf AA is anything like NA it's worthless...I went to a few NA meeting with a dude I was "sponsoring" (RE: I was the tit he'd phone at 2am to say he was feeling weak).
Those assholes just spent the whole hour glorifying it...telling their stories of what they got up to on drugs and everyone else laughing and saying "uuuhhhh yeah! that's sounds about right huh huh huh".
