Bacteria do produce toxins. The bacteria gets into the follicle and produces toxins. Toxins and poisons do just get under the skin all on their own "somehow". And poisons have absolutely nothing to do with boils. So saying toxins "somehow get in the skin and cause boils is like saying saying "somehow" heat gets in the desert making to hot to live in. -

After awhile, depending how much of that shit you stick in your pie hole, it saturates your entire body. The regular channels in your body can no longer handle the buildup and the pace of all that shit its now got to get rid of, so it starts using unusual methods to expel it from the body. All that BigMac special sauce has to go somewhere, since it can't be digested or disposed of, so it literally seeps out of your skin, and that's what infects the area, as it passes through.
