Star Trek is Jeff because Jeff Hunter was the name of the first actor in the pilot ¨Captain Pike, The Cage¨ in which the USS Enterprise is the name of the Star Trek Ship which was named after the USS E stationed in the San Francisco area which was my home town so Im probably star trek.

Probably just procedural lawyery stuff and obviously it's totally above board or the case wouldn't have proceeded, but it seems weird.

In Canada we have what's called the "kniepple" principle which stays charges that are redundant an example would be charging someone with possession of a firearm as well as possession of a firearm in a vehicle. When you are convicted of one they will stay the orher. Usually the people charging initially after an incident are just throwing everything they can on to prevent more work in the future. Refiling charges is more difficult and takes longer.

Reminds me of a popular youtube video where the cops who pulled a man over, let him go for the initial detainment and then are looking through their books to find something to charge the individual with as the individual is laughing and saying ¨you are finding something to get me on instead of letting me go¨. there is something strange about this. its clearly to punish someone instead of accepting you messed up as a cop. its totally natural to make mistakes yet some cops who come out of the military prior to doing their 6-8 months police academy and finish their 18 months of Probie months, they wont allow themselves to make a mistake and once they do pass those obsticle to become a full fledge cop they still hold onto those values.

¨Never let our man get away¨ or whatever that old saying was. its total horseshit. you cant get them on the first thing so you huddle and look for the next thing to get them on. This happen to me on a subway train in Oakland. Some funny man called and said I had a Machete. Like I was fucking Michael Myers from Halloween. so when they found out it was just a boot cast support blade. they huddled (literally) and came up with Drunk on a public transit line . I never in my life have been to a County Jail. I have been to dry out cells in a city jail but a county jail never. almost 50 years old before going to Jail. its horse shit. thankfully the charge was dropped and my name was marked out at the courthouse so I got to split.

Cleveland is the least desirable city in Ohio. The Rust Belt is dreary.

I dont hate cops. not all cops are corrupted. it seems like it though. So many out here in Cali. way too many. I think that because of the lax laws of hiring just anyone to level the playing field with every gender, sexual preference, race (which is understandable) etc etc has allowed corruption by career criminals who never had a Felony at least as an adult. and become cops to run drugs and even linked to prostitution including children trafficking. there have been several cops busted but many have walked and Im sure the Feds (if they´re not corrupted by their boss´ decisions) have several under watch. but it seems like they dont move in unless they know it will stick. plus there is clearly corruption at federal agency levels these days.
