I wonder if Skully knew anything and they turned it around when he landed in the Hudson or East river being he was from Danville. I bet they detracted his thoughts by flooding him with Bravado

A"The employer may not take money from the employee's paycheck, if the employee does not agree to let it do so"
If you sign a contract saying "yes I let you do so"...they can take it.
