also with alcohol withdrawal one of the biggest things about it is the dehydration that you've done to your self over time.

I'm not going lie and say I don't drink anymore but I've cut back a lot the last couple weeks and one thing that I've noticed that has helped me is I'll buy a gallon of water and thats like 98 cents or something and I will squeeze a lemon in it and leave it on my night stand and whenever i wake up a will just chug, I've thrown up a couple times from drinking too much water, but throwing up isn't exactly a bad thing because you rid yourself of residual chemicals stuck to the lining of your stomach

but yeah thats why i made the thread about healthy snacks because I'm trying to get better, I eat guavas, cucumbers, carrots. I still eat all the other bullshit like gritz but I still include that other stuff.

There would be the same car parked in different places around my neighborhood. If I got home from work early, it wouldn't be there.

I used to be very open about my illegal/stupid behavior on the internet and IRL. I'm well known by the county police from when I was homeless, and I've bought so many guns, chemicals, etc that I've got to be on watch lists by now

Also, do the police take like 15 minutes to check your shit and give you a warning/ticket or is that just me?

Haven't seen much of that since I became homeless and then moved into my grandparents' house and don't really do anything criminal anymore so maybe they decided I wasn't a threat or they were watching somebody else

Nowadays I'll see the same cars following me on many days but that could just be someone going to work at the same time as me. And they still let me buy guns so I can't be that high on the list

I'm positive that my computer is bugged though. Sometimes it won't shut down no matter what you do

damn thats crazy i've had similar things like that happen. Well you're lucky you can still buy guns. I have two felonies and can't and I've never been legally able to vote.

yeah i know what you mean about teh paranoia from teh drugs and I personally haven't done any in a long time, but some of the things that happened I believe to this day were not just me being paranoid.

I smoked meth with this guy that evidently knew my meth head friend, and we went to walgreens to get gatoraid and we came back and smoked some more for awhile he left and after he left I noticed a painting that I had painted of lenord cohen was slightly sticking out from behind my fridge.. even though it had been in my closet since i moved into this place. It tripped me the hell out. I'm sure some how my "friend" made a copy of my key and let himself in while i was at walgreens..

And I kinda don't like to say this because he was a good person to an extent... but I'm glad he's dead now
