What OS is most comfortable to you?

Do you use any adobe artsy shit on a mac?
I'm considering getting one just for it. Having ai and photoshop open at the same time kills my pc. Mac runs like mcdonald's butter -

I imagine they'd run similarly well if both machines had the same specs, only the mac would cost significantly more -

Mac OS is faster for design. I think it has to do with the way they process images and text. If buying new and high end then yeah I'd get a pc, but the difference really becomes clear with lower end or older stuff. Especially when you have multiple adobe suite programs running. The difference is less clear with modern computers. Honestly though it used to be night and day like 10yrs ago.
If you're buying a computer for any other reason I'd say PC. But Macs are liquid fast for design and always have been. Right now my computer is slowing me down and it's not even that old. -

Went from XP -> [Vista] -> 7 -> 8 -> 10.
7 was basically XP improved. 8 was gay, reminded me Vista [which I only experienced via my mom's laptop]. 10 reminds me a lot of 7, which reminded me a lot XP. But it's undeniably some weird hybrid abomination of 7 and 8. I'm as comfortable with 10 as I am XP (possibly by way of 7), but there are a bunch of gay "features" in 10 that I'm not familiar with and have no desire to be. I don't want a Windows app store. Windows 10 is basically just Windows XP, via Windows 7 and 8. It's not... great, but I've used it for so long that I'm as comfortable with it as I was XP (maybe slightly less, I could reg edit the Start menu to say "Hack!" when I was 1337 teen). IDK how you can be confused by it. It's straightforward as hell as long as you ignore all the extraneous dumb shit for normies like the app store. -
