Lets found a corporation, it's like 500 bucks. We'll keep it above board and engage in commerce, I'm situated in Ottawa and am Native, we could try and get Government contracts for shit we have 0 experience doing and like try and get massive loans and declare bankruptcy n shit.

Ill have you know I watched war dogs ages ago and no, contracts are cool, but federal regulations seem pretty intense.Throw in health rules and security checks and it would probably cost a lot in necessary licenses too. Anything can be done but having the money and time to go through with that isn't easy. -

No nigga, depending on the sort of service i would be doing i might need equipment, vehicles, staff. Or lines of credit to pay subs and make orders for needed supply. as well as see about being on top of regulatory measures. I would need to incorporate all the factors and there associated costs from fuel, to garbage bags, to time in to the bid.
I think the best place to start wouldn't be lawyers but incorporation, clients, and smaller scale jobs till expansion or failure happens. -
