Nah, the lockdown measures have just affected coffeeshops in the same way they have bars and other such places. However contrary to the US, my government doesn't need to go into debt to breath life into stimulus packages. We're not getting 600/2000 euros checks but there is a relief fund managed by the government for small businesses. So most small businesses will be okay in the end. And if not, i know daelers in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and The Hague that carry anything from weed and hashish to XTC and coke.

I bought a gram a little while ago, which i shared with my gf, and it lasted me three days. Bro if you know the right people, shit's lit. It's mostly to do with the fact we have the biggest ports in Europe. So everything comes in at Rotterdam, especially contraband. Things like speed and XTC are manufactured locally and are dirt cheap for high quality. As a node on the international drug highway we don't just consume the coke we ship it further abroad and add an offering of XTC and speed. Good chances if you ever took some E or Amphetamine paste it was synthesized in a Dutch lab.
True story. A lot of people like to pretend it ain't so but Holland is pretty much a narco-state, just with less violence because the authorities care less about drugs for personal consumption. -

This is true. A lot of major European deals are planned/ executed here. All the main top dogs from Liverpool seem to flee there when shit gets too hot. -
