When a nigga inacts a "can a nigga borrow" it becomes an " i o u " situation. If the nigga in question (Riley) borrows said fry, then the nigga who has relinquished the fry may (at a later date) request to "get" a fry (or consumable of equal value which may differ between groups of niggas ie: an onion ring may be equal in some groups but worth more in others) back. It is dishonorable amongst niggas to ask for something of lesser value with the intention of "cashing" the rest of the " i o u " later.
Its basic level Nigganomics at the surface level but it can go deeper when higher stakes are involved.
