    This is now the G : PT Blog son lol.


    Went to Wallyworld for cereal & some Gold's fingerless gloves(concubine's not down w/ the callouses lol). After mo.'s of zero free weights in stock. They're keeping small weights now. I spoke w/ the department manager as he was out there scanning inventory, he said US WM's should be getting weights back up to par within the next 2 weeks. He hipped me to a shipment of 25# standard CAP plates coming in Friday. I want a few 25's to reduce the the amount of plates on my threaded tricep bar as I'm not happy w/ the star/spin collars, they're not tight enough for my liking.



    Gonna ride w/ the @ least 50 reps circuits everyday this work week & end w/ a 150# OHP test run. Saw my chiro today, hip within margins & the only issue is my left shoulder & neck which is undoubtedly due to my shitty hybrid mattress. I'm going hunting locally for an old school Bonnell spring/coil mattress no fucking foam,gel,bamboo,pixie dust etc. just metal springs & a quilted pillow top.

    My pro MMA buddy's in town for 6 days so I'll be tussling w/ a 200+ pound aggressive fireplug in my "down" time lol.



    In before WH gives me tips on how to train pro fighters lol.

    We drilled clinch work in the cage w/a focus on transitions from under hooks for about 2.5 hours. Ended w/ sweeps & hip drills also against the cage wall. My buddy has a tendency to get lazy when exiting the clinch. I'm trying to program him to throw hooks &/or elbows when exiting to maximize his speed & power advantage over most.

    2+ hours of cage work w/ 200+ pound beasts counts as PT. Tonight will find me going easy w/ cardio & maybe some benching. Arms are wrecked though lol
