Trump is very good at hiding his dimentia. He has sort of become a dimentia bender, where he has weaponised the rambling incoherent bullshit that pops into his head. If you have had a relative with dimentia who was comfortable talking to you, you know they can talk about some shit that happened years ago all day.
The fact that few recognize is that Trump actually genuinely has one and only one skill. It is almost a superpower. Which is that he can incoherently babble on inexhaustibly about anything. A lifetime of salesmanship has made him so good at sprouting segues from sentences to some other bullshit that he can create this fractal branching structure of sentences sprouting from within other sentences, and it's all just bullshit. Like he will start some bullshit sentence and in the middle will just jump to some dimentia free association that popped into his head and drop the first one entirely, then the same will happen for wherever the free association was going. It never ends. Look at any of his rally footage, if you can listen to more than 5 minutes without being driven insane by this pattern then you are one of the amazingly low IQ individuals that this strategy is convincing for.
This makes him immune to the kind of visible doddering that slow Joe displays. He can just keep babbling about shit at the speed of light.
