I know I am, I'm flexing my ass, I have healthy farts, athletic farts. I ate a club sandwich and some pasta with cherry tomatoes and that one kinda cheese that comes in dollops that I forgot its name at the moment. OH Yeah ricotta.

This will be a stress reliever from the long week as well as a great cardio burn!

2020-09-18 at 12:53 PM UTCI used to run for at least 30 minutes a few times a week, and cycle (on a stationary bike) for 10 miles about 5 times a week.
I was in fairly decent shape at one time. But I fell off for too long and it's going to take some good old fashion gumption to get back in the game.
I'm working my way back into that again because I wanna do a Triathlon at some point.
It's just one of those bucket list goals.
I've got a close friend who trains for marathons who is a major source of inspiration. -

actually, you may not end up looking like a greek statue doing manual labor, but it is indeed a workout.
i used to bike 13 miles from the ghetto to the muay thai gym and 13 back after training, 6 to 7 days out of the week. one of the guys was a construction worker, told me to train less, and that most people regardless of job dont train near that much.
the way they train in thailand is ridiculously hard in comparison, and even if theyre good, theyll still make less professionally than a mcdonalds employee.
just be glad youre active, healthy/not fat.
