2017-03-05 at 8:19 PM UTCdon't ever adhese a floor or nail it.. use floating floorboards or tiles.. fucking women and their updating just causes more work if it's permanently laid down.

Turn the Garage Rafters into your own little observatory equipped with a home made telescope and star tracking system. It's also easier to strap a rope to neck and roll backwards if you ever feel like taking a fukital nap -
2017-03-06 at 12:03 AM UTCOh derp your kitchen is above your Garage.. well that made it a hell of a lot easier to get to .. still good job. like I said.. she will be on you about "The kitchen looks dated" in about 8 or 10 years. so floating floors.

You don't live in California.. huh. Very few people have those out here.. they have Cellars which are houses on risers but not actual basements.. much. rare thing. Yet it makes it easier than a crawl space. you under there with 3 feet of crawl to work on joyce= nasty job -

substrate meaning plywood? that's kind of a given isn't it? I wouldn't think the shitty particle board or even real flooring would do well .. then again, some people love rustic and that is how it was done in old homes. even expensive Victorian or Queen anne era homes. that's what giant ass rugs are for. But I wouldn't expect him to do it that way.
