it was a game. don't get caught by the cops. hide in the trees or some shit. then cop cars no doubt got infrared cameras to look for kids hiding or cars with heated engines that you know someone is parked but no one out in the open. maybe they went in their house, but that piece of shit second hand car looks like a teens car with the fake ass hood scoop mounted.
then shit got more advance and rules more strict. no one gets to park their cars and get the keys from the station in the morning or "I will drive by and this car better be parked for at least 8 hours"
I mean shit got real militant with the cops the rules and your fucking privacy. FUCK BUSH AND FUCK THE PATRIOT ACT even though we know it was in existence prior.. at least the practices.
