Yes, I bought a house that in many other places would be worth millions just for the land in a place where most people are really pretty poor. So I got a lot for a little really. In 10 years this area will be developed. There is already a development being started on the north of the state highway about a mile north of me. I have three adjacent 20-acre parcels with frontage on three different roads. These parcels cut right through the middle a giant "country square" between two state highways, a main north-south country road that connects those two highways, and a primitive road between those two highways that is currently being graded in prep for paving. If I live another 20 or 25 years I will have had a great life and spent my golden years in the place I always dreamed of. My son will have a piece of real estate worth well over a million dollars. I am about to do over $120,000 worth of improvements, an additional structure, pavement, along with another master bedroom, great room, another full bath, second kitchen, back deck/porch, and a remote electric gate. So yeah I got one of the nicer homes in the area... Just doin' my part for gentrification... -

Seriously. It doesn't prove shit that you got money from a deceased relative, PARKER. and bought something with it probably at a state auction sale during a time people are suffering and losing everything.
6 Properties so far is what i'v owned. not flipping but slowly flipping each one. upgrading and buying a nicer property. the shortest flip was 18 months. the longest about 17 years.
I plan on buying property near Shasta and go off grid. my own place. some houses sadly burned out in fires like Paradise (and only property left) were going for 20k on auctions because people didn't want to move back.
but those properties have water lines and electricity still existing. and zoned. I wouldn't buy one even if they were still that low because they are zoned for specific bedroom bathroom. which I can't afford and don't want to take a loan out.
So I want to have a prefab placed at best. I want to find a property with a well and sewer if possible. it doesn't have to have electricity. I will go off grid and use minimal appliance. you can find small open face freezers that can run off of a small solar array and own just a laptop and small TV or tablet for sports or news. I don't watch much TV itself.
I'v never owned a property outright. but I have bought real estate and the bank carried the papers like most people. If I had the cash you did, I would of gone to auctions and just waited until I knew I got a great deal. -

Wrong again. You need better sources. Ive owned 4 houses all paid for with cash. This last one I bought half of with an inhertitance. I have owned more new cars and bikes than I care to mention. All cahs. I have never takne a dime in loans from any finacial institution. That is why I have money. I didn't waste it paying interest.
