That one simply compares the numbers of people who are later exonerated after being convicted of a crime. I can't find any statistics to back it at the moment, but I believe part of the reason for this is that as of the last couple of decades, groups like the ACLU have gone over black convictions with a fine-toothed comb. It may just be that more blacks (per capita) are exonerated because nobody's investigating poor white peoples' convictions

This is like me arguing to you that God exists and quoting the Pope, Holy Bible and Dead Sea Scrolls as my source. -

You argued that systemic racism is a conspiracy but didn't quote anything at all as your source. I truly would like to hear about it, though. Tell me why you think what you think. -

When did the NYT and ACLU become credible sources? -

2020-08-06 at 10:24 PM UTCNews flash: Poor dirty white people are also targetted by the police.
If the culture, subculture, or race you are part of, is trashy, you are more likely to be treated as trash.
Don't want to be treated like trash? Dress and act like a fucking civilized human being. Stop doing drugs. Wake up early. Clean your room. If blacks, as a group, learned to behave better, America wouldn't be having this discussion right now. Just like you don't hear the Asians or the Hindus bitching. -

Asians and Hindus have already overtaken whites. While blacks can't even catch up to Mexicans.
Maybe it's racism... MAYBE IT'S MAYBELINE -
2020-08-06 at 10:35 PM UTCWhy is the focus on black people? There are many examples of systemic racism that don't involve black people at all, like residential schools.

You cherry pick a few examples of unjust things that happened to non-whites from all history, while ignoring all the unjust things that happened to whites.
Of course you come to the conclusion that white people have it easy when you simply ignore all evidence to the contrary. -

As a working class white person I can't believe you treat me like this. Why do you hate working class whites? -

I'm trying to understand but none of you people ever back up your wild theories with any real data. -

didn't I post real data (not new york times / wikipedia / ACLU) showing that hindus and jedis out-earned any other religious group in the US, then ask you to square this with your theory of systemic racism? -

Your source explained those groups are more successful because they are better educated.
I don't know what that has to do with systemic racism, I did ask you to explain it and why you believe it's a conspiracy against whites, and you didn't do so. -
