Curious to see how many can/can't. I can use them. I taught myself before going to Asia so I wouldn't embarrass myself in public. Now I use them anytime I eat noodles, like now. It's so much better. You can get a better mouthful than with a little bitch fork.

With so much time overseas, they've been my primary utensil since 5 years old. I also always carry 9" teak. 2 pair.
They are the only weapons you can legally take on any plane, and you have extremely lethal weapons on you at all time, in all cities.
One can literally walk up and over an opponent if used correctly, and when using, it resembles wolverine a little in appearance, so that also makes them think twice before attacking.

Teak are very sharp, light, and extremely hard. They also have a decent base to go into your palm. Metal caused issues of slippage of blood for me with removal. Teak, not so much. It does slightly hurt some when you stab, but it goes WAAY into them. Put them in between your little and ring finger, and the other between your middle and point finger... also it helps to have thick callouses on your palms and fingers. Don't stab gingerly. Thrust lightning fast and thrust your shoulder and body at the last minute for max power. Your stance should be sideways to better observe and be a smaller target, and for better blocking, if it's a face off... Just work up to it, and maybe start with cardboard and work up to tougher things, like different grades and thicknesses of Styrofoam, or your hand will pay for your practice.

I prefer to use them for Bulgogi and kimchi

I really miss good Kimchi. Chopsticks are good for just about everything though, with the exception of fluid type soup.

How did you get introduced to kimchi?

Use them ? Anyone can use them.
I can use them by throwing them away into the trash can where they belong.
