We had to cancel a trip to the cape :(

I don't know if you've heard of post-ingestive feedback but its believed to be responsible for a lot of these weird foods. Essentially, your body will automatically crave the foods it needs. We have fucked this up this sense in the last 100 years with all our added flavorings, but its still a thing. They did a test on toddlers and let them eat whatever they want as long as it was a healthy food from their list.
Somehow all the kids were nutritionally balanced. They just craved what they needed and ate that. I remember one kid just ate milk and bananas for days but apparently his body needed that. It's weird. Animals do this too and can 'smell the nutritional value' of plants in the wild, and even plants they've never encountered before. It is fucking bizarre.
Ammonia is an essential nutrient so I can see why all this weird pee shit happens. And if it preserves food, ancient people were all for that shit. Why little boys? I have no fucking idea. Maybe they thought they were pure or some shit, idk.
