But yeah, not so much 'sticks and stones' as 'whatever helps you get through this melodrama you call a life'.

See, I'm a nice guy; if you want to rape and/or torture me- then feel free; I'd let you out of pity.
I mean, obviously you're the one with the problems here.
I'll do what I can to help; don't be afraid :)

Dearth, you will be a breath of free air here. Now let us construct our nignaut base to keep Spoo aka Sploo aka holy ghost out.

I do, that's sick. I've not listened to Doom metal in a while as I'm a little ADD so I tend to listen to faster paced stuff, like Meshuggah. But I had heard a couple of their tracks before.

But it reminded me of a couple of bands I like, which funnily enough, two former totseans turned me onto individually. My favourite tracks from both.

Agreed, though some people have more interesting things to say than others.

Had a listen; like I said, not really much for sombre metal with overarching 'negative nihilism' tones e.g 'Recently fitted for a suit; now lying in a box'
Hahha, grim. Didn't mind that Pallbearer track so much though, nice pacing; but yeah, I do find a lot of metal kind of melodramatic; I think I've just grown out of that sort of thing though maybe.
That being said, I can still really appreciate more 'self-empowering' stuff like Elder (below), but yeah; don't let my crapping on stop you from linking me new tunes :)

Lol, fucker. Well what can I say, I sometimes get pretty depressed/melancholy so listen to stuff like that. Though yeah, it's mostly heavy/technical metal.

I like that track you posted the Elder one, can't quite place what it reminds me of.

Music's my game and I'd love to hear what some of you have to offer; plus I'm under the impression that I'm the best and can probably school the music industry in general; so if anyone here plays tunes, hit me up and we'll talk shop and shit. I like a wide variety of tunes, so I'll upload those as I go. I only post from the bathtub so good luck with your threats everyone :)

Also I'm not cool enough to use 'lol's or 'noob' or that gangster talk so you'll just have to deal.
Hope one of you regulars hits up this topic so I know I'm really in the fold :V

Here's a good album to set the tone, and if anyone's wondering what my avatar is; it's L. Ron Hubbard and his band, The Apollo Stars, thankssss bye :)

I'm new too, welcome even though no one ever welcomes me :( I shitpost lots because i'm by myself even when my girlfriend is near me.. she is deep into writing. I can't seem to write like I used to. Your music is the kind of shit I listen to once in a while (or what you posted). I'm into dark wave post punk gothic industrial fag thrash shit. But I grew up in the East Bay of Norcal which is mostly Oakland R&B which is some great stuff. and lots of rock bands. metales'que but most are LA to the Bay Rockers, like Ronnie Montrose, Y&T, Metallica, Testament and hell I'll even throw in Rollins and black flag and the kid from Green Day (now in his 40s.. representing Pinole/Hercules/Rodeo/el cerrito/richmond/el sobrante (oh and of course Primus). who else is from out here.. people know. but I wasn't big into Metal as much as dark and weird. I kind of dislike death-core but some is cool. it's all about the music and not what the fucking artist looks like. as for post.. Romeo Void, The Fall, The Sun and the Moon, Wire, Echo n Bunnymen, Joy Division (obligatory and shit you find on telegraph in berkeley) hell I'll even listen to some country. but Jazz is confusing to me. I like it but it's complicated in structure. I like simple wave .. not to repetitive but Mark E Smith is entertaining even though he's a big egotistical toothless faggot from Bury UK. His french wife is hot. Brix was hot. I'm trending now.. I might as well talk about Blondie

School us in modern Dark Wave and Post Post Punk of the now. need to hear good new tunes.

Oh boy. Another alt to try and get all of Spec's precious PI.

Btw, RtL is so much better than Puppets. Then again, I like Load better than Black.
