not sure how much I trust politifact in general, but even if those numbers were accurate (4,500 'severe reactions') - compare them to the numbers of people who died of measles/mumps/rubella/polio before modern vaccination programs. -

Yeah that was my point- and it was the FIRST google result lol. The self reporting system...which is likely a huge overestimation...lists a few thousand serious including a couple hundred deaths and a few hundred more disabling reactions. If you compare that you any prevalent disease, youre talking hundreds of thousands and millions of people better off than without vaccines. Its not even up for interpretation. -

That would be such a pointless effort. What good does having everyone's DNA even do? You planning to commit a crime? They're not going to fucking clone you or anything. They cant do much with it. -

singling out people with predispositions for mental illness, etc. Tying you to crimes or activist actions. Tracking family members. Engineering diseases to target certain populations.
I can think of a handful of things thatd be pretty not-great.
