What happened to hydroxychloriquine?

  1. Originally posted by -SpectraL Sure, it does. Notice how you never once mentioned that Trump was referring to people on their deathbeds, when he said, "What have you got to lose?" In all your anti-Trump blowhard drivel, you never mentioned the actual truth. All you can do is tow the CNN/MSNBC false narrative. You call that truth? Yet again, maybe that kind of two-step works with the idiots, but it doesn't work with me.

Trump: “It’s a very strong, powerful medicine, but it doesn’t kill people.”

Hydroxychloroquine: “This case-based literature review highlights that, although rare, hydroxychloroquine cardiotoxicity can be fatal”

What was that about “truth” again?

But he didn’t ask any hard hitting questions like “do you really work for Stanford” and “why is this study being published on your recently created ‘dot io’ website and twitter and not a medical journal?”

Yeah he seemed at least fairly skeptical. He seems to be the most reasonable of the talking heads on Fox. I'm not sure why someone didnt ver the guy first but I imagine the place the info is published would have a lot to do with the fact of a quickly evolving situation and trying to disseminate info. I imagine being published in any traditionally peer reviewed journal takes time (for good reason)

Also as someone who really doesnt like Trump, when he made those statements I took it to mean "if you're dying in a hospital with no treatment, what do you have to lose?"

There's no proof whatsoever ANYBODY died from hydrocloroquine use. That's just another fabricated lie the anti-Trump tards created right out of thin air.

Yeah when he said that, in the context he said it, I had no problem with it whatsoever. But he’s made dozens or even hundreds of much more dubious claims about it since then

That's quite the dishonest and misleading paper you have there. The first subject died TWO MONTHS after hydrocloroquine was discontinued, and had shown improvement right up until the administration of hydrocloroquine was ceased. Your second subject died a MONTH after hydrocloroquine treatment was ceased. Up until her release and the cessation of hydrocloroquine, she was improving, according to your own paper. Yes, these people with serious medical issues to begin with died, but it had absolutely nothing to do with the hydrocloroquine. Do you have any more garbage/bullshit papers I can destroy with the facts?

No need for meds guys. Trump has now raised the possibility of getting sunlight through the skin to kill the virus or possibly using a disinfectant in the body to kill the virus.

Looks like we're gonna be alright after all. Thank God for sound leadership. #Trump2020

You know some dumbass trump supporters are gonna put a UV light down their trachea, or up their ass.

Then some other dumbass is gonna heat themselves up till they die.

Oh, and how could I forget the disinfectant? People will be swallowing that too.

Funny how the liberal dumbshits love to criticize, but they personally have nothing at all to offer. All they can do is block relief bills and stall critical legislation. These fuckwits aren't part of the solution, they're part of the problem.

Hydrocloroquine is not a drug. Hydroxychloroquine is and its not the right one. Its chloroquine. Two different drugs

We're not blocking shit. We fully support Trump voters treating their body to healthy doses of bleach and other disinfectants.

    1. The chemicals in question are not properly tested for the treatment of this virus
    2. They're potentially life-threatening at high doses (which are reportedly required)
    3. Therefore it is wholly irresponsible for a head of state with no medical background whatsoever to recommend them, ESPECIALLY during a worldwide panic

Why does this seem unreasonable to you

Hydroxychloroquine is also referred to as hydrocloroquine.

Like I said, when you're on your deathbed anyways, "what have you got to lose"? That's what Trump meant, and how anyone with even half a brain took it to mean, as you well know.
  19. Originally posted by -SpectraL Hydroxychloroquine is also referred to as hydrocloroquine.

    No it's not.

but even if it was its still the wrong drug

Apparently you have quite a lot to lose since there are now multiple studies showing it actually increases mortality rate. It's not really worth giving to people.
