Nope canā€™t agree with the selfish belief that itā€™s ok to let the most vulnerable just die off, to make way for them. Selfish indeed. This may be something many donā€™t get here, but yaā€™llā€™s gonna get old too. Donā€™t wanna hear the edgy ā€œbut Iā€™m gonna die before thatā€. Iā€™m used to say that too. I didnā€™t think Iā€™d make it past 40.

    Nahhh

So if it's selfish for a 20 year old to wish old people died off, do you think that old people give 20 year olds a fair deal?

How do old people not give 20 year olds a fair deal?

And yes that is highly selfish. Everyone has had to make their way with out taking advantage of letting an entire generation die off. Iā€™m not saying youā€™re a me me me MOON PERSON. But the point youā€™re making sounds like one.

Also, not saying ALL MOON PERSONs are about me me me, but youā€™re playing right into the stereotype.

A 20 year old would be a zoomer. The MOON PERSONs are all hitting middle age now.

But MOON PERSONs aren't exactly thriving either.

Low wages and high rent. No unions, free trade, mass immigration, automation and de-industrialisation - unless you're in IT or a sheltered part of the economy like medicine its not a great time to be a worker.

The former would crash our medical system, then thereā€™s no one there to take care of us.

I think asymptomatic people are the biggest threat, they are spreading it to God knows how many people before they become symptomatic.

I 100% believe we will be dealing with this till we have a vaccine. Sucks, but I believe thatā€™s the case.

as someone who works in hospitals the answer should have already been clear.

the way to deal with any viral outbreak is the same way doctors prescribe antibodies to their patients.

They even said in your article the UK went into lockdown before Ireland did. Iā€™m guessing that their lack of cases compared to the UK has much more to do with differing physical features rather than the governmentā€™s response. Ireland has a much lower population density where everyone lives in mountains and farms and shit, whereas in England people are packed like sardines into large urban centers.

    and higher blood alcohol content.

I agree things suck big time for a large percentage of the population.

But if youā€™re blaming boomers, weā€™ve had this discussion about how thatā€™s a ā€œcop outā€, in my opinion. Every generation blames preceding generations for their difficulty.

Also, you do realize thereā€™s people in their 80s and 90s who do not deserve to die, (although no one does).

I cannot agree with sacrificing the most vulnerable. Nope. Must be the medical mind I have.

Absolutely. She's close enough to dead, might as well get a headstart on the autopsy. Everyone should be anesthetized, of course. She could be the first empire to die humanely, surrounded by friends.

If I was 90 Iā€™d be perfectly fine with dying. Hell Iā€™m fine with getting out of here at like 70. Why do people want to live forever?

Natural order is the weak dying

Itā€™s funny all the people worried about people in old folks homes, yet they never go visit old folks in homes. Lolz

The whole reason theyā€™re in those homes is because no one gives a fuck about them.

I just found out that Ohio has only tested .6% of our population. Our numbers are probably quadruple of the reported numbers. We have to have mass testing to do this.

tests are retarded and they give people a false sense of security.

not only are they not 100% accurate, they test the state your body is in a few days ago since it takes days for body to react to the infection.

tests are onky good if you are already showing symptoms, or you are already deceased from the disease.
