"You may have to pay back unemployment benefits if your state's unemployment commission determines that you received some benefits in error. ... If you don't pay the amount you owe, the commission could deduct the money from future unemployment benefits, garnish future wages or even file a suit against you." -

The amount of effort to prove that wouldn't be worth it and any intelligent judge or arbitraitor would see right through it. Secondly if he was fired after asking or receiving back pay it would be easy to prove it was retalitory. Thing I learned through the years in human resources and many arbitration cases is that the judges aren't stupid and typically don't fall for shit like this. If I was the op I would hope for them pulling this shit as it would mean a cool payday and sticking it to a shit employer -

-
2020-04-15 at 8:10 PM UTCAlso why would I have claimed unemployment if I was there only three months? So unlike the black guy its not like I had no one to explain to or complain.

Well I count 2 weeks this year and at least 2 weeks last year where I filled in and should have been paid more.
I been asking about it since 2018 but i dont remember more than those 4 weeks because most the time before that I was too drunk to remember.
Anyways every time I asked about it I have been given the run around by spin artists and cucky bastards.
Well today I got verification that I am suppose to be paid more.
Tomorrow Im going to ask for my 4 weeks of back pay.
Now is not the time to be fucking people over.
The whole time they knew I was suppose to get paid more but they told me they didn't know.
I can't wait to confront them about it tomorrow.
Im tired of being taken advantage of.
No you aren't. You said they SHOULD and that they don't in another thread. -
