On May 23, 2016, Chumlee was charged with 20 felony counts, including drug and weapons charges. David Chesnoff, Russell's lawyer, confirmed that Russell pled guilty to a felony weapons charge (unlawful possession of a firearm) and a gross misdemeanor of attempted drug possession in a deal that calls for three years of probation and counseling.

This one time back in the '70s I was out with one of those old school Bombardier "Ski-Doo" (yellow, large engine, built like a tank) and decided to try and clear a 80-foot high slope at about 80 degrees... took a run at it at full speed and got all the way to the top, only to have the whole rig flip back over my head and I had to take a quick dive. The whole rig went end over end all the way down, but I got to the bottom, flipped it over, and it still ran perfectly.

I know you are of course a big fan of Russia style policies but this is the country that necessitated krokodil due to the lack of these kinds of programs. It's obviously reckless to have widespread unchecked free drug giveaways but not changing people for the instruments the use substances they are addicted to is pretty obvious. Like changing an alcoholic for holding an empty bottle or a glass.

What are you going to say when all the crackheads run out of crack and come to your house to tie you up and rob you to buy more crack? Thanks?
