What people don't get is that blocking a few spit particles isn't going to save you from an airborne coronavirus. Every breath an infected person exhales contains a plume of billions of coronavirus particles, some as small as 0.4 microns. Even the average N95 mask can only filter down to 30 microns. As useless and retarded as building a chain link fence to keep the mosquitos out. Picture this: a damn breaks and the town is in danger of being destroyed, so you get out a tea cup and start scooping water with it, figuring that if you scoop up enough teacups of water, you will save the town. The spit particles won't make one iota of difference to the process of infection. The plume an infected person exhales, which contains billions of coronavirus particles, can remain in place for over 30 minutes, and can travel distances, if the environment and air flow will allow it. Blocking some spit particles isn't going to save you when you breathe in any part of that vapor cloud. The ONLY way you're not going to get infected is if you stopped breathing, or you were isolated in a vacuum-sealed bubble. In fact, EVERYONE is eventually going to get infected with SARS-COV-2, because there's NO WAY to avoid an airborne virus. The old, the young, the rich, the poor, the well, the sick, it doesn't matter who you are, you ARE going to get it. Who do you know who never had the common flu? NOBODY. Who do you know who never got a common cold? NOBODY. Know why? Because it's literally impossible not to get it. If you're living in society, you WILL get every single virus airborne virus out there, eventually. All these clowns are doing is burning down the world over something that is literally unstoppable. -

Now the same people who despised me wear little porus cotton barriers, and act like they are better than me, while I walk around with no mask at all.
The truth is that I am better than them, more mentally capable, faster to react, more cognisant of threats, less superstitious, more scientific.
When I realised Covid wasn't a threat to me I travelled all over the world, taking advantage of cheap hotels and empty planes. They stayed locked down, in fear and misery because of an imaginary threat.
Now that covid has evolved into something milder than a seasonal flu these people want us to wear masks as religious accoutrement. By wearing a mask you are swearing fealty to their silly and discredited religion.
I won't do that. I simply won't. I don't care, I won't wear religious head-dress, I don't care how silly you are feeling about what you have done to the rest of us over the previous two years.
Don't blame yourself too much, but when the mask mandate first came out, why didn't you go look up mask pore size in microns and coronavirus particle size in microns and research how airborne viruses work? It would have been much easier to do that than go out and buy a worthless N95 mask and wear it around town. -

The First Amendment guarantees the right to expression, regarding books, newspapers, leaflets, and rallies. It also protects "symbolic speech" - nonverbal expression whose purpose is to communicate ideas. Wearing a mask does exactly that. It becomes an expression. So, sure, the act of wearing a mask is protected - the act of expressing to people what you really are: an idiot. And what do we do with idiots? We put them in the College of Idiots. -
