Because people don't know the law, and/or they don't have the money to sue. But if they did sue, they would definitely win their case, as long as they didn't break any laws while on the premises. -

It's not the numbers themselves they like, it's the functionality of the numbers. The elegance of the functions resulting from the use of numbers. To them, it's like us watching a sunset, or a bird in flight, or a flower blooming. They have a deep appreciation for the fluidity, simplicity, beauty and cleverness of the works of numbers.
