they arent just bad at building but rather they´re are fly by night companies getting away with shotty work because the system lacks an engineer to come out and inspect properly or gets paid off.
this is caused by the ending of Communism in which the strict Government turned a bit soft on slacking off and everyone is willing to fuck everyone else to make a buck. Asians hate Asians in China.
