I was very drunk but managed to talk to the cops well enough they didn't even ask if I was drinking

What are some ways I can psychologically torture the whore downstairs
I'm thinking of making an audio file that will play a loud fice to ten second long bass sound once every 30 minutes to an hour.
If anyone shows up they won't hear anything and I can tell them I wasn't playing music
Also im thinking I can put cat shit under her door mat and toss it on her porch.
