I never got to know my biomom because she killed herself before I sought her out, but after what the private investigators uncovered about my genealogy I decided I had to learn more about father (aka Taipan Enigma aka Jeff Hunter) so I could avenge her death. He shut down totse once I started getting close to the truth. I guess he learned I had been leveraging my numerous connections in the intelligence community to track him down. He's been in the wind ever since. I will have my revenge though.

It's basically the same as saying AIDS doesn't kill people, the fucking cold or whatever they get after catching AIDS kills them, which is kinda silly and not helpful. Besides that, the covid deaths/stats are obviously inflated for many reasons, funding and justification of stripping of liberties are some of them. Covid has definitely killed and contributed to many peoples deaths though but dying of covid is a very remote possibility. I know a few people who've gotten it. One I know who's gotten it twice (second time may have been a variant) and they just say that it absolutely sucks but can be shaken off. From how it's described to me, it seems capable of killing old people, kinda the same way pneumonia still kills lots of old people every year.
I bet COVID would kill spectral though. He's no longer the spry young K-mart floorwalker he once was. I bet that disease truly scares him.
Any death where the person who died also tested positive for COVID. Fell off a ladder and broke your neck after a PCR test showed COVID? You are now part of the statistic. I get the AIDS analogy but it kind of falls apart because you're completely ignoring the basis of their argument - that deaths that aren't even remotely related to COVID or its symptoms are being attributed to COVID due to the deceased having COVID. Big CDC doesn't want you to know that getting hit by a meteor when you have COVID doesn't mean COVID killed you. Big NASA is our friend. They tell it like it is. The meteors are what's killing people, whether they have COVID or not. -

That's a nicer way of looking at it, I guess. Still seems kinda selfish though; using the vaccine as a sort of prop in a self-inflicted cognitive behavioral therapy regime for the purpose of self-improvement. The fact is even if I was willing to commit to that idea, I might "fail" and decide not to go out much at all. In fact, that's likely. There's no risk of vaccine going un- or underutilized for the majority of people, and they really should probably get it first. *shrug*
I haven't gotten direct sunlight or fresh air since like Christmas. And I'm genuinely happy with that. There are people ready to straight up kill themselves because they can't hug grandma. Let them be happy too. -

Like... I don't go out. I have no interest in leaving the house. Realistically speaking any vaccine used on me is a waste because I have 0 intention of ending my self isolation. My self isolation began before COVID was even a thing. There are very few people in the world as gleefully sedentary as I am. 99% of the country should be vax'd before me because most of them either actively want to go out for social reasons or need to for financial reasons. I'm not strongly opposed to it, but at the same time I have 0 need. There are plenty of people for whom it could be argued that not getting vaccinated is selfish. It's the opposite for me. Getting the jab would be selfish. -
