Okay .. so it all happened rather spontaneously because I’ve never thought there was a problem with my body honestly..
Never had someone I was dating express to me any displeasure or anything and I never felt overweight or anything like that
One night I was taking a pic of myself from my side just on some random stuff and I was legitimately shocked because I had never seen myself like that..
Like I was lowkey shocked af and did not like what I saw at all..
That next morning I woke up ..I put on some music and I just started shadow boxing to the music
Then a few kicks with the punches till I was doing full combos ..
I did that everyday for a while..
Then I ran across a YouTube video about jumping rope and it changed the game...
Started jumping rope everyday outside with my music out there and people thought I was crazy lol

I learned to jump so fast and do so many tricks ..my body was literally transforming before my own fuqn eyes ..then I got some lil free weights and started incorporating them as well..
Didn’t eat any fried foods at all or ground beef..no soda actually only water was my drink during that summer..
The weird thing about losing weight is you don’t see it for yourself..other people see it..
So I kept my progress through pictures daily.. from the beginning to the end ...and it was actually astonishing to see my body change like that before my eyes it was like a drug to me at this point..
Lowkey, I was straight addicted..all up in the middle of the night doing crunches and using my free weights lmao
But towards the middle of the Summer..my body had gotten used to what I was doing and I went through something called a plateau.. my weight loss became stagnant..this meant I had to change my routine..
So after that I discovered 2 things..a Latin dance fusion dvd series that was fun as chit but murder..
But the cherry on the top that really got it done was something called INSANITY
It was some a dvd series by Shawn T ..it was extremely difficult like military cardio and body resistance I basically completed it by the end of that summer ..
So in closing I lost like 40 sumn lbs
that summer and I learned that I can do anything that I put my mind to..

I think what really made them look at me crazy was how I’d get into the zone..
I called it “Beastmode” it’s like your body goes into autopilot
But people don’t experience that because they stop before their body can get there..
It’s past the pain that your body is gonna resist with..
If you push through that .. there’s your autopilot..right there
Don’t underestimate what your body can do because your MIND says it’s done ..

It seems very likely to me that the US' plan (specifically I think the CIA) was to target Muhandis and other PMU leadership in an attempt to throw them into disarray and make them more 'manageable'. Muhandis was aware he was being watched, but Soleimani was only in the country for a funeral so there wasn't much foreknowledge of his visit. If he was actually the target, there are plenty of other places he would've been more vulnerable - from a political standpoint it would've made more sense for him to have been 'killed in combat' in Syria for example.
I suspect that the US was planning an attack on Muhandis and was fed intel on the 'best' time to attack him by a certain Greatest Ally™️. Once it was done, Trump had no choice but to pretend it was his plan all along.
