this is why retards need to be involuntarily contained within asylums and eugenics needs to become vogue...yet another example of the mentally deficient running amok. like a dog getting hold of a chewy slipper to gnaw on and not letting go until its teeth are ground down into nothing-nubs. this is a poorly thought out and even more poorly engaged attempt by someone who came up with a stupid idea that should have been shot down but unfortunately another retard saw how chewy and yummy it was and decided to gnaw on it for good measure.
1- to save about 25-cents worth of gas through the life of the starter the vehicle owner is going to have to purchase multiple new starters throughout the life of the vehicle. go call the dealership and ask how much it will be to replace the starter
2- to save three or four ounces of gasoline over the life of the starter there will be several pounds of assorted metals and plastics that cant be readily 'recycled' when the starter fails. modern starters are not wound the same way as older ones that make rebuilding them as cost effective.
3- this isnt even getting into the assorted ancillary issues that will present themselves during the excessive stresses on other systems caused by the exponential increase in duty requirements of the starter. one example is the electrical system over all. smaller gauge wiring in modern vehicles powering the starter is grossly inadequate to provide its actual power needs...which will result is various voltage drops causing issues with the complex, sensitive, and wholly inadequately insulated electronics. god forbid the voltage drop fries an external electronic device attached to the in-vehicle electrical system. (phone being charged...assorted cameras...OBDII devices (monitors...programmers)...GPS monitors of assorted types...etc etc, ad nauseum)

Absolutely. Awd vehicles will have more moving parts which means more issues to deal with as time goes on. Yes its going to get more traction than most but not all 2wd trucks, but the tradeoff is more parts to break and maintain. I'll tell you if your considering a modern late model suv they will not be built as stout as a truck. Most are unibodys and most of the late model SUVs have pussy ass all wheel drive systems that are just made for ice traction, no real strength to them.
In all honesty I really like Dodge trucks but in your case a late 90s or early 00s chevy blazer (very few if any will be 2wd) or s10 would be better(you can find many of these in 2wd) if I were in your position I would try to look for a 4 cylinder for economy and again less parts to break and maintain than a V6. I say go for a chevy over a Dodge is because there is a million Blazers and s-10s and the more of something, the cheaper the parts and vehicles are. You can pick up either of these in nice shape with lower miles for around 3k or less. If you can find a 4 cyl 2wd Dakota I wouldnt pass it up either, but they are pretty hard to find. The 4 cyl version uses the 2.5 AMC engine which is basically a tractor engine. I have had several Wranglers in my younger days with the 2.5 and they are literally indestructible (I beat the living fuck out of them offroading) as long as you keep the oil changed and dont overheat them frequently. This engine is the same as the highly known 4.0 in Jeeps with 2 less cylinders.

If you're a connoisseur rather than a fiend (it won't take much), if a fiend, you'll need several acres a year worth of poppies. But they grow quite fast if you know what you're doing. I coated sour diesel with homegrown opium, dried it out. The bud lasted easily 10 times as long as normal. It was ridiculously good. I had a large pyrex dish full of opium, or 'poppy straw concentrate' actually. It was potent enough to be used the way someone would smoke raw, freshly harvested opium from scorring the pods.
Industrially they smash up the whole plant because there's morphine and such in every part. It's retarded to waste the rest of the plant if you're going for bulk morphine, or just trying to maximize the morphine you're getting from the plants you have access to.
If you can't make 100 fully grown plants last, you have a problem. That is a lot of morphine, if you're using the whole plant.
I laid in bed for days blissed out from a handful of plants, literally a handful grown under compact fluorescents and a 70 watt hps.
Didn't even get full sized. Would've stayed like that for months, because I ended up with a large pyrex dish of potent, condensed extract after using the whole plants crushed up. Putting them in a blender is bad in my opinion cause you'll pull too much of the chlorophyll and fats and waxes that way. Crushing them up fairly good works best I think. But if a blender must be used, it should only be done for a second or two. Just enough to chop them up.
If a person is a smoker rather than injecting it, it would probably be nice to take a 100 or more plants, do a whole plant water extraction, and take half of that and turn it into a smokable salt like morphine hydrochloride. I dunno which salt is better for smoking, it seems there's not a lot of literature on the subject. But that would be a dangerously potent smokable mix, comparable to heroin, but without the shitty acetic acid taste.
EDIT: mix the purified maybe slightly off-white or tan crystals, mix into raw opium or whole plant extract, till no more can be mixed in. get the lowest mileage pre-owned certified hyundai santa fe AWD you can afford. that way, whatever happens, you are guaranteed 100% a working vehicle up to 100,000 miles. and they're cheap as shit. they're not small, either. there's a used car dealership that sends a lot of their warranty stuff our way, and i've never even heard of someone servicing the AWD transaxle or differential. usually it's a coil pack, on the 2.0 basically everything on the car is warranty under 5 years/60k miles, and the essential stuff that makes the car go forward is covered to 10 years/100k miles.
unless you're smart enough to know a good used car and do work if it needs it, a used hyundai is your most fiscally responsible choice for that reason. what you want is the 2015 V6 3.3 liter AWD santa fe. they have a slightly larger body. they're available for between 9,000 and 14,000 dollars unless you get lucky, and of course your payments would be based on your credit score, but you can probably swing 220 a month. that's with 30-40 thousand miles on the odometer, meaning you have 60-70 thousand miles to drive where you will never have to pay for any expensive work on your car, and if it breaks, you'll have a loaner while the dealership or service center fixes it.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

I have uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage but that is not required by law in my state. I have it for exactly the reason you described.
Back to the original point though, this guy will get his vehicle fixed and will cost him little to nothing, less his deductible.
