Anyone can plainly see for themselves that in the video you posted, Biden's tie is different.
Biden falsely claims he won on the night of the election, before half the votes were counted.
That video was posted on November 4th, and was well AFTER his first comments earlier in the night. Cmon man.
He says "after a long night" and talks about being ahead in both Wisconsin and Michigan, which he wasnt until later in the morning on the 4th and again, well after Trump had declared victory earlier in his little voter fraud speech.
