2019-12-25 at 6:26 AM UTC in My religious outlook on Christmas dayI was raised Catholic.
I rejected Christianity some time ago. It has a story with Jesus hanging out with Zaccheus the tax collector, and telling everyone to be nice to him.
There are so many examples of Christianity being used to brainwash society towards subservience to the government with a fear of God and eternal damnation being the kicker.
Follow the law, pay your taxes, go to work everyday, respect the police etc. Or go to Hell.
They have all these innate human traits and use them to make you feel guilty at all times, telling you you are evil and God is watching and waiting to send you to hell.
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbours wife or thy donkey
Is this a joke? Any man has feelings when he looks at a female. He is an animal. He has biological urges. But the donkey? Are they having an inside joke here?
When a man gets hungry, he eats. But we are told to fast.
So many natural things we are told to feel bad about with a fear of Hell. It's a book on brainwashing to enable effective governance of innocent people.
I never considered becoming a Muslim, but they're the same. Pay your taxes, go to work, do as the government says or go to hell.
They're all books on effective governance of human minds.
Hinduism is very suspicious. It has a caste system. Kind of like a modern day government vetting system for security clearances and who can and who cannot run the government.
Judaism is another political system.
All the major religions have political rule connected to them.
I reject them all.
I now believe like this:
I believe in divinity
I believe creation is divine
I believe we need to show respect for divinity
I believe the natural state of the human is how the divine wants it to be. What we have done to it is unforgivable.
Animals are instinctive with no ability to reason. I am not vegetarian. They exist within the food chain. We exist as observers of the food chain. Don't eat other people.
I believe in a life after death
I believe in spirits
I believe in eternal punishment and eternal reward
I believe that all religious prayer and worship is valid. It is sending spiritual energy towards the source, regardless of your interpretation of the source. I can therefore participate in Christian prayer and feel good feelings and ask for good outcomes from the source, without being a Christian. -
2019-12-25 at 6:09 AM UTC in alone 4 xmas (so so so sad)Just feel bad about the authority we are confronted with.
What makes it worse is that the people who have stronger personalities, either due to strong personal convictions relating to a sense of injustice, or due to genetic factors, are stigmatized and labelled as problem children, confrontational or even oppositional defiance disorder.
This type of person then drops out of society, finding their only means of support and community in the places that haven't rejected them, such as in crime or other subcultures.
Egalitarian, altruistic people end up becoming the scourge of society.
And this happens because people in authority demand to modify your behaviour in to becoming a slave to the system.
The social ills we experience and witness are due to the system demanding institutionalization.
The sign says "No skateboarding. No loitering. No baggy trousers."
These are really bad people. They know what they're doing to the human race, and they're happy to do it.
Meanwhile, support the troops. Dead baby paradise. -
2019-12-25 at 6:02 AM UTC in alone 4 xmas (so so so sad)You can console yourself really that you're not living your life as a slave who does whatever the TV and children's books says are appropriate and cool.
Christmas can be a holiday, Christmas can be for Jesus, why is every Christmas a turkey and gift giving?
You can feel sadness at the condition of the human race and its conformity due to weakness of the generic human personality conditioned through institutionalization beginning at pre school and authority figures such as teachers coming down on talking in class, making people feel small leading to personality changes of an unnatural expression, causing psychological damage and long term maladaptations, as well as the police, who get teenagers for loitering at the mall or near the bus stop. -

All these private security guys are former special forces.
They are the equivalent to the republican guard Saddam had.
Prepared to die and lose limbs for the security of the state or for foreign policy objectives. The kind of training they undergo means they are not manipulated. They know full well what the government is about. They receive political awareness training. The SAS used to call itself the "counter revolutionary warfare wing".
What does that tell you? They are a political arm of the military.
Money is not their concern. -

Yes. -

Facing a serious budget deficit caused by U.S. sanctions and regime mismanagement, Tehran raised the price of gasoline sharply last week, resulting in widespread protests. Tehran’s decision to risk public backlash indicates that Washington’s economic pressure is forcing the regime to risk its political stability in order to prevent a financial collapse.

The ranks of the 4th MISG include regional experts and linguists who understand political, cultural, ethnic and religious subtleties. With functional experts in all aspects of tactical communications, the 4th MISOG offers joint force commanders unmatched abilities to influence target audiences as well as support to U.S. diplomacy.

Military information support operations are a vital part of the broad range of U.S. political, military, economic and ideological activities used by the U.S. government to secure national objectives. MISO is the dissemination of information to foreign audiences in support of U.S. policy and national objectives.
Used during peacetime, contingencies and declared war, these activities are not forms of force, but are force multipliers that use nonviolent means in often violent environments. Persuading rather than compelling physically, they rely on logic, fear, desire or other mental factors to promote specific emotions, attitudes or behaviors.
The ultimate objective of U.S. military information support operations is to convince enemy, neutral, and friendly nations and forces to take action favorable to the United States and its allies.

IF EVERYTHING WAS A CONSPIRACY SOMEONE WOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING BY NOW. It's called the 1% for a reason because 99% of the world is a bunch of retards that are just cattle to keep the super rich elites with infinite resources.
The american government is a pawn of the 1%, they are just common fodder like everyone else. They don't need to spend any effort to control them, everything is already going perfectly according to plan.
Real power means you don't have to do anything just sit back and enjoy.
If the 4th Military Information Support Group exists for foreign audiences then why not for domestic? Why do they care so much about Russian election interference? -

Originally posted by the man who put it in my hood also LOL at rigging elections in a 2 party system.
The person who is put as the figurehead of the USA is a person who foreign audiences are influenced by. You hear about presidents on TV and the internet. You don't hear about policy directives from departments, the real movers and shakers of governments.
Therefore the ability for the government to influence foreign audiences, as well as domestic, to achieve political outcomes, hinges on the personality traits and searchable history of the leader.
Things like religion, age, education, employment history, memberships of various organisations effect how the public receive the leader. How the public receive the leader affect things such as the confidence people have in the ability of the government to lead as well as the ability for the government to implement policy without causing dissent.
This refers back to Russian election interference.
The minds of the masses are responsible for things such as mass protests and labor strikes. It also affects the political stability of foreign nations. Say for example there was some leader who preached global peace and harmony and equality, and he was North Korean. If the leader of your nation talked him down and said we need to be prepared for war with that leader, it would cause the public to lose confidence in the ability for the government to govern. People would not popularly support the government, join the military and soldiers would refuse to fight. Police would refuse to target protestors due to conscience, and mass strikes would not be put down and the country would grind to a halt. Critical systems would fail.
That seems to sum up the game of politics.
It is therefore easy to conclude that intelligence agencies have a vested interest in infiltrating political groups to control them and ensure both sides of politics are agreeable to their long term outcomes. They publicly state their intent to pursue election interference and censor other views.
So why wouldn't they want to direct the public face of the nation for the same reasons? -

Originally posted by whoami There is no grand agenda. Trump was an accident caused primarily by a fortuitous alignment of several different factors. He will lose the next election, a milquetoast neoliberal democrat like Biden will take his place and America will continue to move in the direction it took during the Obama years: Slow progress on social issues, increasing wealth and philosophical inequality, simmering unrest fueled by growing disenfranchisement and anomie amongst the middle and lower classes, continued technological progress and growth of surveillance capitalism. Internationally, it will continue to lose influence to the likes of China as economic globalism progresses. This is just the natural endgame of capitalist economics though and not the result of someone pulling the strings.
It's important to understand that the world is mostly rudderless and conspiracies are almost always small and individually inconsequential. The macro-future is still quite predictable if one understands the central factors, which OP does not.
You don't think the intelligence conglomerate doesn't have a vested interest in getting who they want on the ballot paper in order to influence domestic and international audiences with their public announcements? -
