Intervals will burn more calories, but HIIT can be dangerous in terms of overtraining.
Theres just no way most people could casually do 30 mins jump rope regularly and not be shredded, unless theyre eating a fuckton more than they should. Maybe your asian genes are tricking you into eating the wrong or too much food. Asians tend to be into eating everything.
Still wouldnt make sense though. Asians and africans normally have fast metabolisms as it is, not to mention shorter people also tend to have faster metabolism than average. Womens tits and such tend to melt away at this kind of fitness level -

Ask anyone that either teaches muay thai or anything else that requires strength and conditioning. Ask someone with a masters degree in exercise physiology, sports science, etc...
Ya I’ll pass on posting the video of me jumping this ain’t that lol
Theyll tell you 30 minutes is a lot, a heck of a lot in fact..
Youre in the second most obese country in the world and you quite clearly never had that level of physique in any of your photos. The fastest jumpers in the world use shorter ropes, speed ropes, not the more forgiving kind of jump rope youll find school girls jumping with. What is troubling is that you make this claim without any iota of evidence to back it up.
Id be impressed if you could do even 5 minutes without stopping.
For anyone looking to incorporate jump rope into their routine to get in shape: Do it SLOWLY. Try no more than 4 sets of 30 seconds at a time initially.
I dont think CandyRain is a beginner but there is no way in hell shes at the level of a professional athlete with tits thighs and ass that heavy. -
2021-06-13 at 5:17 PM UTC in Psilocybin isn’t fun at all.I used to take shrooms to trip but nowadays its usually just to make the day go by smoother, give me energy. Fractal patterns and colorful distortions are really just a bonus, maybe even boring a little, at this point. Theyre adrenergic at highish doses and to me, enhances strength, speed and endurance never gets old.
Comparing shrooms to any dissociative or true 'hallucinogen' is dumb since theyre in two completely different categories, with the exception of gymnopilus species which contain something more akin to LSD or scopolomine at high doses. -

I grew up around people who were in and out of various jails and prisons around the world. If theyre so tough, why cant they all get up and go to work every day?
Actually a lot of them will admit its not as "tough" as people imagine it to be. -

Yeah ive been around black people my whole life, but 30 minutes is still an absurd number.
Try posting a video of yourself jumping rope as long as possible without stopping. Even with years of conditioning, the moment you stop doing it for years and try to get back into it as if you never stopped, you realize how difficult it is....
I mean, you dont look bad at all, but judging your bmi based on the photos youve posted, youd be walking like frankenstein the next day if you tried to do 30 minutes. You look a lil too top heavy and bottom heavy. Not an unattractive look, but for jump rope or any other exercise that requires lifting the entire body off the ground, its not conducive.
Anybody is free to post a video of themselves attempting this, though. -

Nobody on this site can do 30 minutes of jump rope, let alone 30 without stopping.
When i trained in muay thai there was a girl who could jump rope 10 minutes non stop on one leg. She had a six pack.
30 mins jump rope is roughly equal to 90 minutes jogging in terms of energy expenditure. Its just a hard exercise -

They lost world war two on purpose because they needed to give a huge chunk of their rightful territory to slavic gypsies who now mistakenly believe it belonged to slavs the whole time. Now Germany is also footing the bill and paying these slavic gypsies so that Wariat can post about prisons, underage girls and dog penises.
What a clever bunch the Germans are. So productive and industrious. As you can see, the gypsies have put that land the Germans gave them to good use. -
2021-06-05 at 5:02 AM UTC in Ha ha satellite ears is deadMemory problems also indicates wernicke korsakoff syndrome a common brain disease with alcoholics due to thiamine deficiency. Similar to manganism in some ways. puts holes in your brain. Can be induced with antithiamines and thiaminase.
Korsakoff syndrome is characterized by memory impairment, specifically short-term memory loss (i.e., the inability to form new memories). In some cases, affected individuals may also have random loss of long-term memories. In rare cases, individuals may create imaginary events to fill in gaps in their memory (confabulation)
Sounds like a lot of bumbling alcoholics ive known. Most people wouldnt have the patience to kill someone this way but itd be pretty effective and difficult to trace if the person is a drinker.
Especially a heavy drinker. Youd have to dose them somewhat regularly for a while i think but inhalation or skin contact would probably work aside from ingestion. Been thinking of a way to fire a small projectile that disentigrates when it nears the target so they inhale or come into contact with a dust or mist. Could be remotely activated near a place the person normally goes every day.
Maybe activated with a laser or specific radio frequency.
Hmmm
Edit; another benefit is accidental exposure to these wont kill the assassin since it must be done over a period of time. Certain microbes also produce thiaminase which the target could be accidentally exposed to at some point.
My favorite ones dont kill the person immediately but death is guaranteed after about one to five years. These often look natural and can be made to look more natural -

You never know how itll affect someone. Its a gamble. A roll of the dice. Looking back at Bill Krozby posts it seems he may have had manganism, if he was being honest about those symptoms. He had bipolar and ocd and its linked to those too.
Sadly most of the time itll probably just be written off as mental illness -
2021-06-04 at 4:21 PM UTC in Ha ha satellite ears is deadProbably ODed on opiates. He described over the years symptoms that mirrored late stage manganism, which is mostly irreversible and a terrible way to die.
If he really had some irreversible degenerative brain disease he was probably better off suiciding or being murdered as he wouldve only suffered more.

But i have to still remove salts and excess manganese from the emd product. Just mostly a bit of basic math in regards to solubility -
2021-06-03 at 7:46 PM UTC in Alcohol turns you into a womanThrough ingestion, in healthy people, the safe limit is below 10 mg per day if i recall correctly and most is removed through the bile. Inhalation bypasses the bile so it would take maybe 2mg or less per day.
Now im wondering if some of the weed and tobacco people are smoking has hyper accumulated dangerous levels.... I mean if it only takes 1000th of a gram or less to be dangerous. Perhaps edibles are safer. Or high quality hash since the green tissues probably accumulate more than the trichomes.
Edit; manganism is serious businesx
Edit2 ,....this actually maybe explains a lot of the behavior in modern western society. A certain food product is very high in manganese, has been pushed and marketed as healthy for decades and has recently been linked to obesity and liver function disruption.
Hm!!! -
2021-06-03 at 7:36 PM UTC in Alcohol turns you into a womanIt does this somewhat indirectly by disrupting normal liver function and bile production, which leads to hyper accumulation of manganese
Manganese is a mineral element that is both nutritionally essential and potentially toxic. The derivation of its name from the Greek word for magic remains appropriate, because scientists are still working to understand the diverse effects of manganese deficiency and manganese toxicity in living organisms
At a point, manganese toxicity becomes irreversible. It starts to damage the brain, and a horrifying sequence follows: the damage progresses, even without further exposure. Symptoms include a loss of balance, uncontrollable tremors (dystonia), slow and clumsy movements (bradykinesia), face muscle spasms, speech disturbance, rigidity, and gait abnormalities
The early phase — sometimes called “manganese mania” — affects mental health, leading to irritability, apathy, aggressiveness, hallucinations, and psychosis
Unlike dietary exposure, inhaled manganese bypasses the bile, enters directly into the bloodstream, and can pass into the brain
15 studies describe mood disruption after overexposure to Mn, including anxiety, nervousness, irritability, and aggression
9) Alzheimer’s
High manganese may be involved in Alzheimer’s by increasing blood amyloid-beta levels. Amyloid beta creates plaques in the brain linked to cognitive impairment in Alzheimer’s. Chronic Mn treatment in monkeys increased these brain plaques. Additionally, advanced stages of manganese poisoning have been linked to dementia
More recently, in a study of 84 male workers exposed to Mn and 92 controls, those exposed to manganese had lower testosterone and higher gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) levels. They also had decreased sperm motility [53].
14) Prion Disease
Mn overload may trigger misfolding and aggregation of prion proteins [4, 50].
Animals and humans with prion disease have increased Mn levels in blood, brain, and liver [50].
15) Heart Damage
Too much manganese prevents the heart muscle from working and excessively expands blood vessels, leading to large blood pressure drops [11, 18].
16) Sense of Smell
In a study of 60 people, those exposed to airborne Mn had an impaired sense of smell [69].
Because it’s found pretty much everywhere, people are more likely to have excess manganese than to be deficient.
6) Women
According to the 2011 – 2012 NHANES study of US residents, women have significantly higher blood manganese levels than men [79].
Takeaway
Manganese toxicity leads to brain damage, mental health issues, and hormonal imbalances.
So if you wanted someone to self destruct and they were an alcoholic, make sure they get plenty of manganese....
Certain radio frequency can also induce similar symptoms and disrupt normal bile function as well, even at low power level..
