What i read about seidr makes me think the specific type of magic may have been using the spin energy as well as electrostatic to enhance the ritual or make the barrier of space and time from our dimension to another more permeable. Coffee works for me. The government has developed synthetic allergens, some which target only specific people or groups. They make you want to rip your eyelids off.
Smoking irritates the mucous membranes and may increase severity of allergic reactions.
Maybe a strong cup of coffee plus some quercetin might help.
