    I'm the same way but I actively avoid carbs because I don't like how they make me feel. Especially when I eat tons of it. Just bloated and foggy.
    
    I also move around a lot. Pretty much always shaking a foot or shifting in my chair. Not because of anxiety though I just do it idly.
