    I used to drink too often in my younger years, at least that's how I felt. I don't drink very often anymore and when I do it's only beer, and only a few.
    What got me to stop drinking in excess was the hangovers started to last longer than 1 day. I felt it wasn't worth it to feel like shit for a day and a half after. No activity is worth that cost.

    I have read these papers for 15+ years and it's something I've started to notice over the last few years and now I can't help but notice in every picture that's posted. I don't know if anyone's told them but their appearance is all they have. You would think going to a fat store to buy cloths would help you make a positive change?
