I haven't played it on PSP but it was pretty worth for the DS.
No matter what Biden or his son did way back when, receiving help from a foreign government that could in any way affect the election is illegal. I would rather have a new game from the ground up. I loved Chinatown Wars on DS. I wouldn't mind a cel shaded full 3D GTA done in XIII style. I loved all the ways they incorporated the touchscreen. And CW had hilarious writing too.
